Blacksmith, the Spanish executive search boutique firm specialising in leadership (www.blacksmith.com.es) has created the Advisory Board to enhance its team, as part of the corporate relaunch phase that began with a brand name change last month.
The Advisory Board comprises a group of renowned professionals who bring to Blacksmith representativeness and strategic vision, as well as broad experience and know-how in their respective sectors.
This new body has a double aim: to consolidate client confidence in the company’s executive search activity and to provide a solid sectorial background. Both objectives shall help strengthen Blacksmith’s value proposal to its clients, built on the selection of expert professionals able to ensure performance excellence.
Alberto Herrero, CEO of Blacksmith, says that “without a doubt, having an Advisory Board with this level of experience and quality is a key and distinguishing asset that helps us to consolidate an impactful leadership model for companies, amid the current environment of transformation and uncertainty”.
